Kielbasa En Croute

Ingredients
  Kielbasa 1 Pound
  Frozen puff pastry sheets 17 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Egg yolk 1
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut kielbasa into 2 equal lengths; thaw pastry; roll out each sheet to be 1 inch longer than each kielbasa piece; place kielbasa on pastry; roll up; pinch seams; place on 15 1/2 X 12-inch Cookie Sheet.
2. Combine egg yolk, milk, mustard; brush over top of rolls; bake 20-25 minutes at 425°F. or until golden brown; cool slightly before slicing.
3. Combine mayonnaise, mustard to taste; serve with kielbasa slices.
