Kielbasa And Cabbage

Ingredients
  Green cabbage head 1 1⁄2 Pound, shredded
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Red potatoes 3 Medium, peeled, cubed
  Red bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dry white wine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Polish kielbasa 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 3 inch long links
  Canned cut up tomatoes with juice 28 Ounce
  Can 28 Ounce
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine all the ingredients, cover, and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until cabbage is done.

SERVING
2) Check seasoning and serve.
