Polish Sausage Kielbasa with Red Cabbage
|Red cabbage head||2 Pound, shredded (1 Small Head)|
|Apple||1 Small, chopped|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried onion flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Kielbasa||2 Pound (1 Ring)|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In oblong baking dish, combine cabbage, apple, sugar, vinegar, onion, caraway and salt.
Heat, covered, 7 to 8 minutes, stirring twice.
Meanwhile, make A-inch slits every few inches in Kielbasa; arrange on red cabbage.
Heat, covered, at HIGH 12 to 13 minutes or until heated through.
Let STAND, covered, 5 minutes before serving
