Kielbasa Vegetable Dinner

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Bacon slices 3
  Red potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Kielbasa 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  Sliced carrot 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Remove broccoli leaves, and cut off tough ends of stalks; discard.
Wash broccoli thoroughly, and break into flowerets.
Set aside.
Cook bacon in a large Dutch oven until crisp; remove bacon, reserving drippings.
Crumble bacon, and set aside.
Cook potato slices, onion, and marjoram in reserved drippings in Dutch oven over medium heat 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add broccoli, kielbasa, carrot, and water to vegetable mixture; bring mixture to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until potato is tender, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into soup bowls; sprinkle with bacon.
