Smoked Loin Of Pork And Kielbasa
|Boneless pork loin||2 Pound, smoked|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Sauerkraut juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Kielbasa||1 , prepared in links in casings|
Place smoked pork loin in a large saucepan.
Cover with water and bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to saucepan.
Bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove meats to a heated serving platter.
Cut the loin and kielbasa into very thin slices.
