Kielbasa With Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Kielbasa 1 Pound, cut into 2-inch pieces
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Green pepper 1 Small, diced
  Sauerkraut 16 Ounce, drained (Bag Or Can)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Red cooking apple 1 Large, cut into wedges
Directions

1. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook kielbasa until browned; remove to plate.
2. In same skillet, in hot salad oil, cook onion and green pepper until tender. Add sauerkraut, water, sugar, and kielbasa; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add apple; heat through.

I tried it, but I did added garlic in mine. But it was excellant!
