Kielbasa With Sauerkraut
|Kielbasa||1 Pound, cut into 2-inch pieces|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, diced|
|Green pepper||1 Small, diced|
|Sauerkraut||16 Ounce, drained (Bag Or Can)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Red cooking apple||1 Large, cut into wedges|
1. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook kielbasa until browned; remove to plate.
2. In same skillet, in hot salad oil, cook onion and green pepper until tender. Add sauerkraut, water, sugar, and kielbasa; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add apple; heat through.
