Sauerkraut And Fresh Kielbasa
|Sauerkraut||15 Ounce, drained (1 Large Can)|
|Kielbasa||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 3 to 4 slices (Fresh)|
|Onions||2 Medium, diced|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||2 Can (20 oz) (Make Sure There Is Water In Pot While Cooking)|
1) In large fry pan, fry bacon, remove and add onions to bacon fat. Fry until light in color. Drain and cut into small pieces.
2) In large pot put sauerkraut, caraway seeds and pepper. Add onions, bacon grease and bacon. Fry fresh kielbasa until brown. Add to sauerkraut. Add water, cover and cook for about 2 1/2 hours.
