Home-Made Tomato Juice
|Celery||2 Bunch (200 gm)|
|Sweet peppers||3 (Sweet)|
Wash tomatoes and cut up.
Cut celery, seeded green peppers and peeled onions.
Cook thirty minutes then remove from heat and put through a sieve or strainer.
Return juice to heat and add 2 cups brown sugar, salt and pepper.
Let come to a boil.
Bottle and seal.
