Spinach And Mint Juice

Ingredients
  Palak 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Spinach)
  Pudina 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Mint Leaves)
  Coriander leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hara Dhania)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Jal jeera powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 5
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Wash the spinach, mint and coriander leaves separately.

MAKING
2 Pass the spinach, mint and coriander leaves through a juicer along with 1/2 cup of water.
3 Transfer to a liquidizer and blend.
4 Strain well.
5 Add in the lemon juice, jal jeera powder and ice cubes.
6 Mix well.

SERVING
7 Serve immediately.
