Green Vegetable Juice

Using a nut bag for juicing your vegetables or fruits is a great way to prevent fibers and pulp from entering your glass of juice. Kevin Gianni from the renegade health show shows you this easy and hassle free way to juice your fruits and vegetables. A nut bag is very helpful and handy if your juicer does not have the option for separating pulp and fiber. The nut bag has just the right sieve size for the juice to pass and yet catch the thinnest strand of fiber.
Ingredients
  Dandelion 1
  Lettuce 1
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cucumber 1
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 3
Directions

Add in the dandelion, lettuce and lemon juice in the mixer.
Add in the water. Blend
After it is blended down, add in the cucumber, garlic and spinach.
Blend.
Pour the juice from the mixer slowly into the nut bag held over a large bowl.
Hold the bag up, secure the ends with your hands and squeeze till all the juice has drained.
Store it in an airtight container in a refrigerator.
