|Boiling water||2 Quart|
|Cinnamon||2 Inch (2 1" sticks)|
|Lemons juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Pour the cranberries and cinnamon into the boiling water.
Bring to a boil again.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes until the berries are very mushy.
Mash the berries.
Cool the juice to lukewarm.
Strain the juice, pressing the berry pulp to get out all the juice.
Add the other fruit juices and honey to taste.
