Fruit Juice Cocktail

Ingredients
  Cranberry juice cocktail 24 Ounce
  Chopped fresh mint 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen raspberries 15 Ounce
  Ginger ale 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ice 3
Directions

Put 1 cup of cranberry juice in small saucepan and add mint.
Bring to a boil, turn down heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool, covered.
Strain into large pitcher.
Add remaining cranberry juice.
Press raspberries through a sieve and discard seeds.
Add raspberry puree to cranberry juice and chill well.
Add ginger ale at serving time and serve in 6-oz. glasses over ice cubes.
