Vegetable Juice

Quick and easy beverage which can be enjoyed anytime!
Ingredients
  Organic celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Kale 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Organic cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (if not organic peel)
  Organic apple 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Organic lemon 1 Large, chopped (with peel)
  Ginger 1 Small (optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar put all the vegetables. Blend until it turns into puree.
2. Strain the juice.

SERVING
3. Serve vegetables juice in a glass.

TIPS
You can keep this in the refrigerator for 2 days in a closed glass container. It is better to drink it immediately but if that is not possible you can still reap benefits even 2 days later.
