Turnip and Lime Juice Relish
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|White turnips||4 Medium, peeled and cut cross section into 1/8 inch thick slices|
|Harissa spice||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine lemon juice and salt and mix well.
2. Add turnips and coat evenly.
3. Cling wrap or foil wrap and marinate at room temperature for minimum 3 hours.
4. Before service, add harissa and mix well.
5. Serve as an accompaniment to couscous.
