Turnip and Lime Juice Relish

Ingredients
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White turnips 4 Medium, peeled and cut cross section into 1/8 inch thick slices
  Harissa spice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine lemon juice and salt and mix well.
2. Add turnips and coat evenly.
3. Cling wrap or foil wrap and marinate at room temperature for minimum 3 hours.
4. Before service, add harissa and mix well.

SERVING
5. Serve as an accompaniment to couscous.
