Lemon Juice Dressing

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Blend lemon juice with oil.
2.Slowly add water to the oil mixture and continue blending.
3.Add salt, pepper and mustard to it.
4.Blend well.
5.Refrigerate in a closed jar.

SERVING
6.Serve with salads.
