Fillet Au Jus

Ingredients
  Beef tenderloin steaks 1 Pound (1 Inch Thick, Four 1/4 Pound Each Pieces)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bacon slices 4
  Browning sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) Rub pepper over the beef steaks, wrap with the bacon slices and secure with wooden toothpicks.
2) In a baking dish, place the steak wraps and brush with the browning sauce.
3) Cook in the microwave for 5 to 6 minutes, turning over halfway during cooking.
4) Then cover and allow to stand for 2 to 4 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately on a serving platter.
