Spicy Tomato Juice Cooler

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon, prepared
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Light corn syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ice cubes 6
  Celery ribs 2 Medium
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, put together all ingredients except ice cubes and celery ribs; process for 30 seconds on high speed until blended.

SERVING
2. In 2 16-ounce chilled glasses, place 3 ice cubes and 1 celery rib in each glass.
3. Pour equal amount of juice into each glass.
4. Serve immediately.
