Balloon Wine From Frozen Grape Juice
|Frozen grape juice||12 Ounce (2 Can)|
|Sugar||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Lukewarm water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry yeast||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Take water in a small bowl and dissolve yeast in it.
2) Add sugar to the thawed juice and then add the dissolved yeast.
3) Use a funnel and pour the mixture into a jug. Pour water, just about enough so that the liquid touches 1 inch mark from the neck.
3) Now, put a balloon on the jug opening and place the jug in a cool dark place for 5 weeks or until, the air leaves balloon.
4) Adjust sugar as desired.
5) Serve or use as desired.
