Cod Lemon Juice Dish

Ingredients
  Cod slices 1 Pound
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced leeks 2
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger powder 1 Dash
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic 1 Dash
  Powdered bay leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a baking dish and place the cod slices on it after spreading it with butter.
2) Mix the leeks, ginger, lemon juice, butter, garlic and bay leaves together with salt.
3) Add it on top of the cod slices.
4) Dot the remaining butter over the cod.
5) Cook the contents of the dish for 4 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve with a garnish of your choice.
