Fresh Orange Juice Gelatin

|Freshly squeezed orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Warm water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain gelatin||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange rind||1|
Soften the gelatin in warm water.
Combine the orange juice and gelatin and refrigerate until jelled.
Cut the gelatin into small cubes and serve in champagne glasses.
Garnish with grated orange rind.
