Melon, Ginger And Grapefruit

Ingredients
  Diced watermelon 1 1⁄4 Pound (500 Gram)
  Grapefruit 2 (Ruby Or Pink)
  Ginger syrup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

1. Remove any seeds from the watermelon and discard. Cut the fruit into bite-size chunks. Set aside.
2. Using a small sharp knife, cut away all the peel and white pith from the grapefruits and carefully lift out the segments, catching any juice in a bowl.
3. Finely chop the stem ginger and put in a serving bowl with the melon cubes and grapefruit segments, also adding the juice.
4. Spoon over the ginger syrup and toss the fruits lightly to mix evenly. Chill before serving.
