Mixed Combo Juice

Ingredients
  Red peppers 2
  Yellow pepper/Orange pepper 1
  Orange 1
  Celery sticks 2
  Fresh root ginger 1 Ounce, peeled and grated
Directions

1. Remove the cores and deseed the peppers. Roughly chop the flesh and put it into a food processor or blender.
2. Remove the rind and pith from the orange. Cut the fruit in half, remove the pips and roughly chop the flesh, discarding any large pieces of membrane. Roughly chop the celery, then put the orange and celery into the food processor with the grated ginger and blend for 1 minute.
3. Add 200 ml (7 fl oz) water and blend for 1-2 minutes or until the juice is as smooth as possible. If you prefer a smoother juice, work it through a sieve. Serve immediately.
