Fresh Cranberry Juice

Ingredients
  Cranberries 1 Pound
  Hot water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Fructose 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In 5 - qt casserole combine cranberries and water.
Cover.
Microwave at High 20 to 25 minutes, or until cranberries split.
Strain.
Stir in fructose and chill.
Serve.
