Beet Juice Cocktail

Ingredients
  Canned beet juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Drained From Canned Betts)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Watercress/Parsley 2
Directions

Combine first six ingredients, cover, and chill thoroughly, berve in slender cocktail glasses.
Garnish with a sprig of watercress or a little chopped parsley.
