Hot Spiced Grape Juice

Ingredients
  Grape juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Pinch
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine grape juice with remaining ingredients, except lemon juice.
Heat slowly, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
When hot, stir in lemon juice arid serve immediately.
