Herbed Tomato Juice

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 Pound (1.5 Kilogram)
  Water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Celery stick 1 , sliced
  Basil sprig/1 tsp or 5 milliliter dried basil 4
  Parsley sprigs 3
  Bay leaf 1⁄2
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Sherry 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put the tomatoes into a pan with the water, onion, celery and herbs.
Simmer until the tomatoes have broken up.
Strain, then season to taste with salt, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, sherry and a dash of lemon juice.
Pour into a glass and chill before serving.
