Lauki Ka Juice

Lauki ka juice is an excellent remedy for excessive thirst caused by diarrhea, over consumption of fatty or fried foods, and diabetes. Drink a glass of this juice with a little salt added to it to treat this condition. A glass of lauki juice with a little salt added to it also prevents excessive loss of sodium, satiating thirst and keeping you refreshed in summer.
Ingredients
  Bottle gourd 250 Gram (Lauki/Dudhi)
  Carrot 2
  Basil leaves 6 (Tulsi)
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Wash n cut lauki into small pieces .Similarly cut carrots into small pieces. Put lauki , carrot pieces , tulsi leaves, water and salt in the blender and blend it very well. Then sieve the mixed paste by using a strainer. If some lumps are still there then blend the paste again and repeat the above process. Put it in a glass and serve it cold.
