Dude, this looks like a great recipe. But, it sounds like made specially for feamle, do you have any suggestions for male?Also put a video or at least an image. I have gotten used to visual ifood.

If you are concerned with cholesterol avoid processed food, refined oils and carbohydrates and all animal products and replace with large leafy green salads.
