Canned Apple Juice
Wash apples thoroughly and remove stem and blossom ends.
Cut in half.
Assemble Juice Extractor.
Process apples at recommended speed.
Bring apple juice just to a boil in large saucepan.
Skim off foam.
Pour into hot canning jars leaving 1/4-inch (0.6 cm) head space.
Process pints (500 ml) or quarts (liters) for 10 minutes in boiling water bath canner.
Remove jars and let cool on racks
