Ingredients
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Anchovy paste 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well. Chill and shake again before using.
