Golden Tomato Juice

Ingredients
  Yellow plum tomatoes/Red tomatoes 4 Quart, washed
  Onions 3 , chopped
  Parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Put tomatoes, onions, parsley, celery, and salt in a large kettle. Bring to a boil and simmer until the tomatoes are soft.
2. Press the tomatoes through a food mill. Heat to boiling and pour into clean, sterilized canning jars. Process in a water bath for 15 minutes. Tighten the covers, let cool, and store in a cool dark place.
