Orange Juice Angel Pie
|Meringue pie shell||1 (1 Recipe)|
|Granulated sugar/2 teaspoon granulated fructose||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), undiluted|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Non dairy whipped topping||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Prepared)|
Beat egg yolks and egg until thick and lemon-colored.
Beat in sweetener of your choice, orange juice concentrate, and lemon juice.
Pour into a saucepan.
Cook and stir until mixture is very thick.
Stir slightly to loosen mixture.
Fold nondairy whipped topping into cold orange mixture..
Transfer to pie shell.
