Orange Juice Angel Pie

Ingredients
  Meringue pie shell 1 (1 Recipe)
  Egg yolks 4
  Egg 1
  Granulated sugar/2 teaspoon granulated fructose 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), undiluted
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Non dairy whipped topping 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Prepared)
Directions

Beat egg yolks and egg until thick and lemon-colored.
Beat in sweetener of your choice, orange juice concentrate, and lemon juice.
Pour into a saucepan.
Cook and stir until mixture is very thick.
Chill thoroughly.
Stir slightly to loosen mixture.
Fold nondairy whipped topping into cold orange mixture..
Transfer to pie shell.
Chill thoroughly.
