Fennel Flavored Tomato Juice Cocktail
|Chopped parsley||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Chives||30 Milliliter, chopped (2 Tablespoon)|
|Sweet pepper||15 Milliliter, grated (1 Tablespoon)|
|Stalk celery||1⁄2 , grated|
|Cucumber||60 Milliliter, grated (1/4 Cup)|
|Tomato juice||1 Liter (4 Cups)|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Sugar||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Worcestershire sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon||1 , cut into thin slices|
|Fennel fronds||4 (Sprigs)|
– In a bowl, combine parsley, chives, pepper, celery, cucumber, and tomato juice and steep for 2 hours, then pass mixture through sieve.
– Add other ingredients, stir and. refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
– Drop 1 or 2 ice cubes into each glass and pour tomato juice cocktail over ice cubes. Garnish with lemon slices and fennel Sprigs.
