Collard greens are packed with vitamin C, soluble fiber and contain multiple nutrients with anti-cancer properties. It has also been known to help with bronchitis and blood circulation problems.
  Collard greens 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Lemon 1 Large, juiced
  Agave 3 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)

1. In a blender, put collard greens, lemon juice, agave and water.

2. Serve it chilled.
