  Apple 1 , cored and cubed
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), packed
  Cinnamon sticks 2 , broken
  Grated orange peel 1 Tablespoon
  Whole cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Quartered orange slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

In saucepan, combine all ingredients; simmer 15 minutes.
Garnish with quartered orange slices.
