Matt and Angela show how to juice greens and consume them for a fresh and engerising feeling. Green juices act as antioxidant. So it is always healthy to consume them in their purest form. Learn this method, it is simple and easy to follow.
  Cucumber 1
  Celery 1 Tablespoon
  Fennel 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Artichoke 1
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Blend the greens and put them through nut milk bag.
Strain the juice and serve.
