Fruit Juice Cubes
|Gelatin||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package Of 4 Serving Size, Jello Brand, Any Flavor)|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Apple juice/Orange / grape / grapefruit / canned pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add fruit juice.
Pour into 8 to 9-inch square pan.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Then cut into cubes, using sharp knife that has been dipped in hot water.
Serve with fruit or on lettuce, if desired.
