This goodness-filled drink is a great summer cooler and Nina Parker's way of doing it is blissfully easy.
Beet root | 1/2 Medium | |
Kale | 1/2 Bunch (50 gm) | |
Apple | 1 | |
Carrots | 4 Medium | |
Ginger | 2 Inch | |
Celery stick | 1 | |
Lemon juice | 4 Drop | |
Ice cubes | 4 |
MAKING
1. Put apples, carrots, beet roots, ginger, celery, kale into a juicer.
2. Juice up everything.
3. Add some lemon juice and ice cubes and mix.
SERVING
4. Pour into a glass and serve.
