Veggie Packed Beetroot Juice

This goodness-filled drink is a great summer cooler and Nina Parker's way of doing it is blissfully easy.

Ingredients

Beet root 1/2 Medium
Kale 1/2 Bunch (50 gm)
Apple 1
Carrots 4 Medium
Ginger 2 Inch
Celery stick 1
Lemon juice 4 Drop
Ice cubes 4

Directions

MAKING

1. Put apples, carrots, beet roots, ginger, celery, kale into a juicer.

2. Juice up everything.

3. Add some lemon juice and ice cubes and mix.

 

SERVING

4. Pour into a glass and serve.
