Israeli Salad

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 6 Large (bite size pieces)
  English cucumber/Quartered lengthwise and sliced 1
  Bell peppers 2 , diced (red or green variety)
  Sweet onion 1 , minced (red or white variety)
  Yellow squash 1 , diced
  Minced parsley 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced or mashed with garlic press
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a salad dish place all the vegetables.
2. Combine olive juice, pepper, garlic, salt and lemon juice.
3. Mix well.

SERVING
4. Serve Israeli Salad immediately.
