Ingredients
  Minced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken fat/Butter 3 Tablespoon (depending on whether you serve with meat or dairy dish)
  Cooked kasha 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a skillet and heat fat or butter in it. Add onion and cook until light brown.
2) Add pepper and kasha. Stir fry for 1 minute.

SERVING
3) Serve with dairy fish or meat.
