|Grated potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), drained|
|Potato flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Kosher salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Fat||4 Tablespoon, melted|
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
2) Take a bowl and beat eggs in it until thick.
3) Add potatoes, baking powder, potato flour, pepper, salt, butter or fat and onion.
4) Take a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish or casserole and turn the mixture into it.
5) Bake for about 1 hour.
6) Remove from oven and serve hot.
