Ingredients
  Canned garbanzo beans 30 Ounce, drained, rinsed (retain water)
  Garlic cloves 4 , peeled
  Tahini paste 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juice extracted
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cumin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind. If the consistency is too thick, add the retained bean liquid.

SERVING
2. Serve with chips or crackers.
