|Ground meat mix||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 , grated|
|Carrot||1 Large, grated|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Oregano/Poultry seasoning - 2 teaspoons||1 Pinch|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1.Mix meat mixture with onion, carrot, garlic, thyme, marjoram , oregano, eggs, and kelp.
2.Mix and make rolls with length of 2-3 inches and diameter equivalent to frankfurter.
3.Coat with wheatgerm, yeast and paprika by rolling over in each separately.
4.Broil the rolls by placing them on a greased rack until brown.
5.Serve with hot tomato sauce.
