Home Made Geflite Fish

Ingredients
  Boneless white fish 12 Ounce, chopped
  Boneless pike 12 Ounce, chopped
  Onion 4 Ounce, chopped
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cooked sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Put fish, onion, and celery through a meat grinder twice, or process in food processor until ground.
In bowl combine fish mixture with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Gradually add milk and combine.
Shape into 4 equal oval patties.
Poach in simmering salted water for 15 minutes.
Remove patties with a slotted spoon and place on serving dish.
Allow to cool; cover and refrigerate.
In another saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water and allow to soften.
Add broth mix and heat, stirring to dissolve.
Chill until slightly firm.
Dice and arrange gelatin and carrots around poached fish.
Divide evenly.
