|Cucumber||2 , chopped (peeled)|
|Radishes||8 , sliced|
|Green pepper||To Taste, chopped (seeded)|
|Olive oil||5 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
Stage 1-In a large bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, radishes and scallions.
