|Gefilte fish in liquid broth||48 Ounce|
|Matzo meal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Stage1-Drain fish. In large bowl, break fish into small pieces and mash with a fork.
Stage2-Stir in the next 7 ingredients.
Stage3-Using about 1/2 cupful of the mixture, shape into 7 or 8 patties.
Stage 4-In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and fry the patties for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Stage 5- Turn over once and fry for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
