An easy Jewish dish, Gefilte Fish is absolutely delicious. Tickle your taste buds with this refreshing dish. It is all about the genuine jewish flavor. So do not procrastinate, try this Gefilte Fish recipe.
Ingredients
  Gefilte fish in liquid broth 48 Ounce
  Matzo meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Stage1-Drain fish. In large bowl, break fish into small pieces and mash with a fork.
Stage2-Stir in the next 7 ingredients.
Stage3-Using about 1/2 cupful of the mixture, shape into 7 or 8 patties.
Stage 4-In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and fry the patties for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Stage 5- Turn over once and fry for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
