Quick Kasha Varnishkes

Ingredients
  Beef bouillon 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Buckwheat groats 1⁄2 Ounce (Dry Ones)
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced onion 1 Ounce
  Cooked enriched macaroni 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Bow Tie Shapes)
  Vegetable oil/Margarine 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small saucepan bring bouillon to a boil.
Add kasha; reduce heat.
Cook until all liquid is absorbed.
In a small saucepan brown mushrooms and onion.
Add kasha mixture and macaroni.
Reheat, adding 1 or 2 tablespoons water, if necessary.
Remove from heat.
Stir in oil or margarine, if desired.
Serve hot.
