|Potato flour/Cornstarch||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)|
|Small onion||1 , diced|
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
2 Grease a shallow casserole dish with melted butter.
3 In a bowl, combine potatoes and eggs.
4 Beat until smooth.
5 Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
6 Spoon the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
7 Bake for 30-35 minutes (or microwave on HIGH 3 minutes, then MEDIUM 8 minutes).
8 Excellent served with broiled pork and mushrooms.
