In 2-quart casserole, combine beef, chicken fat, water, sweet potato, onion, honey, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes or till boiling.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM (5) for 50 minutes.
Stir in prunes and apricots.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM (5) for 20 minutes or till fruits are tender, stirring twice.
