Ingredients
  Beef chuck 1 Pound, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  Rendered chicken fat 2 Tablespoon, rendered
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sweet potato 1 Large, peeled and cut in 1-inch cubes
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Whole cloves 3
  Pitted diced dried prunes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced dried apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine beef, chicken fat, water, sweet potato, onion, honey, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes or till boiling.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM (5) for 50 minutes.
Stir in prunes and apricots.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM (5) for 20 minutes or till fruits are tender, stirring twice.
Remove cloves.
