Cheese Blintzes

These Cheese Blintzes are one of the best pancakes that I've ever tasted ! The cheese filling is too compelling. Try out these Cheese blintzes and let me know if you like them
Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Magic)
  Salt To Taste
  Egg whites 2 , beaten until stiff
  Pressed cottage cheese 1 Pound
  Egg yolks 2
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon (For Serving)
Directions

In blender, combine milk, flour, beaten eggs, Magic Baking Powder and salt.
Pour into a bowl.
Fold in beaten egg whites. (Batter should stand for 1 hour, but Larry often doesn't bother.)
In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon, and mix thoroughly.
In a flat skillet, put a bit of margarine in a thin coating.
Put 2 tbsp. of the batter in the skillet and fry only until the batter starts to curl at edges.
Remove, put a dollop of the cheese in the middle and roll the pancake.
Crepes should be thin.
Continue with rest of batter.
Return blintzes to skillet and fry only enough to brown.
Continue with remainder, keeping other blintzes warm.
Sprinkle sugar dust on it and serve.
